New video showing Kyle Larson burning out in what looks to be a next-gen NASCAR Camaro design (doesn't look like the existing NASCAR Camaro ZL1), which could be Chevy giving us a preview of the 7th gen Camaro design.

I will reserve judgement on any 7th gen Camaro when I actually see a 7th Gen Camaro.

This may be close, but I don't think the B pillar is located in the correct spot for a sedan, nor is it in a good spot for a coupe. I think it would need to move 2 inches or so forward for a sedan and about the same back for a coupe. I think it's where it is to allow ingress/egress for the race car driver.

That said, I am not unhappy with this. I think it could be a coupe or a sedan, and maybe they will follow the charger and allow for both body styles. I know my wife loved her Grand Prix GTP coupe and she has said she would seriously consider another, BUT...as she has grown older, she has started appreciating practicality as well, so she said (just now) that it would depend on a few factors. I loved my thunderbird coupe, and if this has the size and seating (including backseat), I might be okay with a coupe.

That said, NASCAR vehicles are usually not quite the same as the actual vehicle and I would not look at this as a final design, but more of an homage to the production design.

That said, I am cautiously optimistic and hopeful that a GM product may soon be in my garage.
