This is what I think the 2028 Camaro sedan will look like. With smaller wheels and a more mild version of styling elements.

I let AI do a ZL1 version of car & drivers renderings, even though it heavily mixed in Gen6 too much I kinda like it

This is a Supra with tiny windows, a minuscule trunk (unless it's a hatchback, can't tell from this one picture) and a very high beltline, a guaranteed market failure.

Also, if and that's a big IF, the Camaro returns, it can't happen for model year 2027, those are already near entering the production line. Even 2028 is pushing it with zero camouflaged cars spotted to date, given it would be a new generation with massive changes across the board.

I hope its a hatchback. I love everything about my 2023 but it really needed to have a hatch like my 1993 Z28 did to be more practical.

Are they going to make that thing out of sheet molded compound?
There is no way they can stamp those compound curves.
BTW what would that exotic contraption sell for? 100k?
While extremely beautiful I fear sticker shock.

$35,000 LT 2.7 Turbo 330hp (0-60 4.8)
$45,000 LT-X 2.7 Turbo + 100hp emotor = 430hp (0-60 4.1)

(Original 1969 ZL1 was 7.0 @ 430HP)

$55,000 ZL1 6.8 V8 500hp (0-60 3.5)
$75,000 ZL1-X 6.8 + 160hp emotor = 660hp
(0-69 2.9)

(likely No SS this gen)

Camaro will likely be a sport sedan and I would expect Buick to call theirs the Grand National.

The trunks on the Gen 6 are tiny
The 5th has usable trunk but its still small.
The only problem with hatch backs is body rigidity hatch creaks and the weight of the glass.

The 6th gen is so tight because of no hatch but the hatch would help sales.

I think GM might focus on increasing sales on this variant than just track times.

For me, I am hoping more for a revival of the Buick Grand National/Chevrolet SS, and this is a picture that came from the prompts I used for Chevrolet.

And here is the one I created incorporating buick prompts

Honestly, I like the buick version a little better, but the rear might need to be a bit stronger/haunched for the chevy

If it's a sedan, then there wouldn't be a need to a camo'ed mule. It's on the same platform as the Caddy's so all they have to do is change a few body panels, make it sporty looking, and they have a new car. Just because no coupe mules have been spotted doesn't mean we haven't already seen the Camaro mule.

They’re trying to pull a Chevy Bolt EV on us if the ‘sourced’ timelines are believed :CWL:
