So maybe the 2028 five door Camaro looks like this.

GM is keeping Camaro name alive for Nascar as it will be the name of the new performance fastback sedan.

I expect the sedan first as it shares more components with Buick and Caddy variants Maybe get a door a few years later to coincide with C9 Vette launch. Share styling themes.

I doubt the 6.7 will ever be supercharged. I expect ZL1-X to be a 6.7 with an eRay emotor starting @ $79,000

Manual 2.7 = $35,000 Auto 2.7+emotor = $49,000 Manual 6.7 = $59,000 auto 6.7+emotor =$79,000

The problem of inflation and tariffs likely put the base 2028 V8 @ $59,000 so a sedan makes the price more easy to justify. Lots of nicely used 6g ZL1 Camaros, and c6/c7/c8 corvettes under that price now for those who want two doors.

My take on the 2028 Camaro Sedan

I would think a base Camaro with a 2.7 turbo will likely have 340 HP so it should be quicker than the 305hp from the 2015 LTZ 3.6. But I prefer the normally aspirated 3.6 v6 over a turbo 4 any day for its sound and reliability.

Sport sedans start looking very similar after a while. On this Ai render I made the side window larger to give it better visibility which I assume the production model will have.

I would expect to have larger side windows like this:

A 2015 6.2 V8 Chevrolet SS Sedan's MSRP adjusted for inflation would be $60,000 today. My guess a 2028 - 6.7 V8 Camaro sedan will start at $59,000 with a manual.
