The trunks on the Gen 6 are tiny The 5th has usable trunk but its still small. The only problem with hatch backs is body rigidity hatch creaks and the weight of the glass.

Are they going to make that thing out of sheet molded compound? There is no way they can stamp those compound curves. BTW what would that exotic contraption sell for? 100k? While extremely beautiful I fear sticker shock.

They spit balled a stripper Vette to focus groups when they were debuting the C5 FRC It got a big thumbs down from the Vette group and that idea died right there. I read that in Corvette Magazine.
